Here's Jackie again!

I'm usually not one to create OCs for any series, but I was seriously inspired by "Rise of the Guardians". This character "Jackie" is actually a design I had in mind for a Halloween Goddess I had last year. I had made some rough sketches of this character at the time, but it collected dust on my desktop for over a year. But after seeing Rise of the Guardians, I thought that the character my Halloween Goddess would fit the role as the Halloween Guardian perfectly!


Jackie's Story:

Long long ago, when even the Man on the Moon was still just a lad, monsters and demons obtained the power to rise from the dark realm one night a year – Halloween. It's on this night that they would harvest young children to feast upon, which increased their power. After several, horrible Halloween nights passed, MotM decided that enough was enough. It was time for a new guardian to rise.

On one particular Halloween night in an old England town, a young human girl (17 yrs old) name Jackie and her friend James decided to stand up to the Halloween spirits. Up until now they had taken shelter every Halloween and managed to survive through the years. But as dusk fell on this particular Halloween, James declared that "enough is enough" and quickly devised a plan which he then relayed to Jackie. She was frightened, but they had to try something. Besides, she trusted James with her life. He wouldn't lead them wrong. They gathered the supplies together and waited for the sun to fall.

I don't think it official but I've discovered that making a Halloween guardian is very popular.

Really? I would love to write a fanfic about her! I would give you full credit for the character and send the fanfic to you when I'm done if you want.
